Return policy

If you want to return your order, don't worry. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee! You can return your order within 60 days of receiving it and request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with no signs of wear, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase. To do this, simply send us a screenshot of the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. Make sure the order number is clearly visible at the top of the email.

Note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an order. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@houral.com.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where to send the product. Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Please be sure to contact us first.

Damages and Problems

Please review your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at help@houral.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

We'll notify you as soon as we receive and review your return, and we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive your refund via the same payment method you originally used. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or other payment institution to process and reflect the refund in your account.
